    A. The shelf life varies by product, but is typically 3-6 months from the date of production. Check the expiration date on the packaging.

    A. Our granola uses honey and maple syrup for a healthy sweetness. Some products use BIO unrefined sugar as needed.
  • Q. How should I store my granola?
    A. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and keep sealed once opened. Refrigeration will help keep it fresher longer.
  • Q. How long does delivery take?
    A. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 days, and delivery takes 2-5 days depending on your location. However, delays can occur due to high order volumes or courier issues.
  • Q. How much does shipping cost?
    A. The basic shipping rate is €6.99 for Germany and €11.99 for the rest of the EU. Shipping is free for orders over €50 in Germany and €80 in other EU countries.
  • Q. Do you ship internationally?
    A. We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, and Austria. We will continue to expand the list of available countries.
  • Q. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
