From Seoul, now rooted in Frankfurt
Cook and Live was founded
in Seoul in September 2018 by Jihee Kim.
It began with a simple,
personal need to manage gestational diabetes
through a more mindful way of eating.
What started as homemade granola, made for herself,
soon became something to share with family and friends.
From there, it naturally grew into Cook and Live.
With a focus on balance, simplicity, and everyday enjoyment,
we make house-crafted granola and granola butter using carefully selected ingredients and thoughtful combinations.
In 2025, Cook and Live begins a new chapter in Germany,
bringing its approach to a new place and community.
Cook and Live remains grounded in its beginnings food
made with care, meant to be shared.
